In the past period we have carried out the following updates:
Show license plates in owner's environment
When guests enter their license plate when booking online, for example for a barrier link or parking permit, the license plate can now optionally be shown in the owner's environment. In some municipalities, home owners are responsible for applying for permits for guests, so it is ideal that they can retrieve the registration number directly from the owner's environment when submitting the application.
Sequence number owner statements
Via Recranet Booking you can easily automate the entire process surrounding the payment of owners. Periodically, the statements are then sent from the reservation software to the owner. Each statement is assigned a unique tracking number when it is sent, so that the statement can be treated and processed as an 'invoice'.
Star reviews fully colored
After departure, guests are given the opportunity to give a review about their stay via the guest environment. When filling in the rating, the stars are now fully colored, so that it is immediately clear which rating is given. As soon as the review has been submitted via the guest environment, it is possible to show it online in the booking street at the accommodation to which the review applies.
Search by 'guest group'
Do you work with guest groups in Recranet Booking? Then you can now easily filter on reservations per guest group. For example, you can create a guest group for regular guests, but also for members, staff members or other groups that you want to highlight specifically. There is also the option of linking a guest group to a reduced rate.
Expansion of reservation resources
Working with third parties to generate bookings remains important and valuable for many. We work together with numerous partners to provide our customers with this as well as possible. Recently, Allyourz, Vipio, Original overnight and VRBO/Fewo-Direkt have been added as a reservation source on our dashboard. This way you can keep track of where reservations come from.
Search by partial name in the booking street
It is now also possible to search online for a part of the accommodation name in the booking street. Handy and efficient if it concerns a very long name or if you only remember part of the name!
Search results sorting optimized
When you search online for a part of the (accommodation) name, you will see that several search results come up. The most suitable search result will always appear at the top.
Working with house codes
Do you rent out a large number of homes, where it is useful to work with 'house codes'? You can now also add these house codes per accommodation. In the accommodation settings, on the tab 'address data' there is now a separate field for entering the house code, which is often especially useful for internal use. From now on you can also search online by house code in the 'search by name' field in the booking street (see the above points).
