Update Reservation software 15 February 2022
In the past period we have carried out the following updates:
- Reserve at check-in column.
More and more, parks and campsites want to offer their guests the opportunity to check in 'receptionless' through a check-in column. From now on, guests can also make a reservation themselves via this terminal, for the future or just last-minute and then also be able to check in directly. - Being able to add a larger group as 'lodge'.
When a larger group is staying as a guest, you can now easily enter one guest and then duplicate it. A family that comes to stay with grandparents at the campsite is now registered in no time and directly linked to the correct rates for tourist tax. - Additions to the VAT specification.
From now on, the VAT specification also shows arrival and departure dates of the stay per reservation. If known, the VAT number of both the tenant and the landlord is also shown on the VAT specification. - Automatic adjustment of voucher status.
When the guest uses a voucher as payment method when booking online, the status of the issued voucher is automatically changed to 'redeemed'. - Owners email per property.
Owner email can now be set at property level; a separate template can be set up for each accommodation, so that the owner receives a separate e-mail per accommodation. - Archived options and fees.
Options and surcharges can be archived and remain visible on already closed reservations. The archived options and surcharges are no longer calculated on current reservations, when they have been given the status 'archived'.
