Simple and fast facility management with the connection between Keyplan and Recranet Booking Update Reservation software 21 February 2024

How do you organize facility management for your rentals? You can automate this thanks to the connection between our partner Keyplan and our reservation system. Facilitators can view and manage tasks from their Keyplan app, after which it is immediately synchronized with your reservation system! Think for example of automatic tasks for final cleaning, which are generated on departure date; this data is linked from the reservation system to Keyplan, so that facility staff are always provided with up-to-date information.

Conversely, it is also important that reception staff can quickly see whether an accommodation has already been cleaned. So when an employee indicates via the Keyplan app that the task has been completed, this will be passed on to the reservation system, after which the accommodation will feature a green dot on the planning board. This is the signal to the front desk that the accommodation is available for new guests. When the bullet is red, it is not yet available for new guests.
