One day after departure (and soon to be set x number of days after departure), the guest will receive an invitation to write a review in the guest area. When giving a review, guests can now indicate whether or not they want to make their review public. This lowers the threshold for guests who do not necessarily want to publish their review, but do want to let you know how they experienced their stay.
In addition, you will now receive a notification by e-mail as soon as someone has written and submitted a review.
