Automated tasks offer now even more possibilities to determine when a task must be planned.
Previously, automated tasks could be generated upon arrival, departure, during every day of the stay, per specific accommodations and based on certain options and surcharges. An extra option has now been added to that: the date of reservation.
It is now also possible to enter an interval. For instance, a task can be planned for x days before or x days after the selected reference date. This makes it possible to have for instance the linens already put out on the day of arrival. This option is not available when a task has been planned for every day during the stay.
