Comments on reviews optionally visible in Search & Book Update Reservation software 8 June 2023

It has long been possible to comment on a received review. The guest receives a notification and can read the response in the guest environment, which is only accessible to the guest. In some situations it can be of added value if your written reaction to a review is also publicly visible, so that other (potential) guests can also read it. In this way you can respond to feedback and tips or just say thank you for a nice compliment. From now on it is also possible to optionally show responses to reviews online in the booking engine on your website. You can check for each reaction whether it should be publicly visible or not. You can set this in Settings > Account > Reviews. When you open and view a review, you can also write a comment and publish it.
