Confirmation group reservations
The confirmation for group reservations has been improved. In the overview of the accommodations and locations, more locations of the same type are now shown on the same line with the number of locations. Locations of preference will continue to be listed on separate lines.
Rates and discount promotions will be listed on the same line providing that they are in the same period. The total number of nights is here combined (when applicable x the number of persons).
Options and surcharges are listed on one line. The total number of nights is here combined (when applicable x the number of persons).
Under Settings -> General -> Reservation confirmation it is possible to show the rules of the rates on the confirmation.
Group reservations for one time arrangements
In the overview one time arrangements can be submitted per location. This makes it possible to easily process group reservations with adjusted pricing agreements.
Group reservations rate group
In the overview the rate group of the group reservation can be adjusted, and this will only be applied to the accommodations where this is valid.
In order to adjust the rate group, select the pencil next to Rate group.
Group reservation planning board
The group reservation is marked in the planning board with purple lines. This makes it easier to see a group with reservations.
