Send draft confirmation for reservations in option Update Reservation software 10 May 2023

When you create an optioned reservation, it is now possible to send a draft confirmation to the guest as a quote. The guest can then see exactly what they might book and the costs involved. Once the guest agrees, the reservation can be finally confirmed.

The draft confirmation can be sent via the e-mail button on the reservation card. The reservation system automatically offers the possibility to send the concept confirmation when a reservation has 'option' status.
