With a newly added button in the reservation card, you can now quickly and easily look along with the guest in the corresponding guest environment. Super handy when the guest in question is standing in front of you or on the phone and has questions about information in the guest environment. The guest environment is immediately opened in the correct language, so that you can also easily follow foreign-speaking guests when they ask a question. Personalized service makes all the difference!
