Ensure closing planning by allowing guests to book optimal on the map Update Reservation software 13 June 2023

Earlier this year we developed the "closing booking" functionality, where the reservation system continuously takes into account the closing filling of the plan board. An extension to this feature has now also been launched: let guests book optimal on the map!

You can now choose to require optimal preferred locations when booking online on the map. Once the guest has selected an accommodation type and period, the system only shows the most contiguous spots on the map as an option for booking. This way, guests still have choice, but more limited. In addition, this allows you to maintain control over your schedule and avoid (as much as possible) unfavorable gaps in planning.
