Dashboard for visibility into incoming and outgoing phone calls with VOIP Red Cactus connection Update Reservation software 12 August 2024
The VOIP connection between our reservation system and Red Cactus' telephony ensures that incoming phone calls are recognized and linked directly to existing guest cards and/or reservations, when the caller's phone details are known in your reservation system. You can also easily dial out from your reservation system using the 'click-to-dial' principle. On a clear dashboard in our reservation system you can now find all incoming and outgoing calls per date, so you can find out exactly which phone calls have been made, with whom, how long the calls have lasted etc. You can also search by phone number to find specific phone calls.
