In our online reservation system, you can create unlimited new users. These can be dashboard users, for example for the reception, but also homeowners or facility staff. When you create a new user, logically a mail address must be provided, which the new user must use to log in. Once the new user is confirmed, they will receive a confirmation e-mail in which the account needs to be confirmed and the user can set their own password. You can now send this confirmation email at a time of your choosing. When creating a new user, you can check or uncheck the option 'send confirmation e-mail to user'. When checked, the user will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail about the new account. If unchecked, no mail is sent and you can activate it at a later selected time.
