Confirmation of cancellation can be sent to guest and/or property owner Update Reservation software 9 September 2025
The reservation system now automatically sends a cancellation email to both the guest and the owner in case of cancellations, if desired. When canceling, you can immediately indicate whether the guest should receive a cancellation confirmation.
In addition, there is a new setting available that allows you to automatically notify the owner of the accommodation. You can do this via Settings > Owners > Owner statement. When editing an owner statement, you can now also check the box Send cancellation email to owner in the Emails tab.
This development has now also been applied to reservations made via the channel manager, so that these guests are also informed. Both emails are sent without any additional actions, so you never forget to inform anyone!
