It is now possible to set recurring service charges for the owner's statements. You can set this service charge recurring per reservation, which is perfect if you want to charge costs per reservation to the owner. This can be administrative costs for example, but also for owners who stay in their accommodation themselves and have to pay for cleaning, this is a solution. So you can automatically charge cleaning costs for owner reservations to the owner by offsetting it against the rental turnover to be paid out. To set it up as flexibly as possible, a distinction is made between:

Service charge creation for back-office and booking street reservations (i.e. the regular reservations).
Creating service costs for channel reservations (i.e. what comes in through external channels).
Create service costs for owner reservations (specifically for reservations with source 'owner').

Then you can set per accommodation whether there are recurring service costs per reservation and how these should be structured, so that the settlement can be processed correctly.
