Automatic check-in when entering through the barrier with Koole Controls SmartEntry Update Reservation software 26 June 2024

Also in the link with Koole Controls SmartEntry, it is now possible to check in guests automatically, when they enter through the barrier for the first time. This was already possible with CAT access control. Based on license plate recognition and/or on the personal code they enter at the barrier, the guest is recognized and the barrier will open. The reservation system will then immediately register the guest as being “checked in,” so the guest no longer needs to come to the front desk for this. This is an optional setting, so if you would rather have the guest check in at the front desk, this is still possible as well.
