Automated access control with Koole Controls SmartEntry barrier connection! Update Reservation software 15 April 2024

A new connection for automated access control is now available! We have already worked with Koole Controls for smart door locks for accommodations and automated climate control (SmartHome). A barrier link for access to parks has now been added to the connection with Koole Controls SmartEntry. This means that arrivals and departures and license plates are synchronized with Koole's software, so that guests are automatically sent a PIN code with which they can drive through the barrier. When entering for the first time, the guest (optional) is automatically checked in. You can also choose that reservations must be paid in full before they receive access codes. This new connection facilitates an (optional) reception-free check-in for parks.
