New email tags for personal communication Update Reservation software 10 October 2025

New email tags have been added to the reservation system, allowing you to make your emails even clearer and more personal for guests. Thanks to these tags, you can now easily add extra information to the content of your emails. Perfect for arrival instructions, confirmations, or practical information, among other things.

Newly added tags:

• {{ accommodationShortAddress }} the local address of the accommodation (street, postal code, and city).
• {{ accommodationFullAddress }} full address, including municipality, region, and country.
• {{ ageGroupLineTotals }} overview of the group, neatly arranged by age group on a separate line.
• {{ registrationNumberEntries }} license plate list from the reservation, one license plate per line.

With these new tags, you can give guests exactly the right information without any manual work.
