Head of International Sales Expansion
This is not a traditional sales role, but a builder role with entrepreneurship, ownership, and direct impact on our international growth.

We help holiday parks, campsites, and rental organizations grow with smart automation, powerful marketing, and inspiring websites that make bookings flow.
With our leading PMS Recranet Booking, we streamline the entire process: from rates and availability to guest communication, payments, and managing energy management and other hardware. Our channel manager synchronizes booking channels, while Recranet Real Estate seamlessly brings together the rental and sale of recreational real estate.
We have built a strong foundation in the Netherlands and have an excellent product-market fit, and Recranet is now working on the next phase: European expansion. In European countries, the market we are targeting is still running on outdated software and inefficient processes: there lie our opportunities, and we can bring a lot of value. We already have customers in various European countries, and we are now actively focusing on growth.
As Head of International Sales Expansion, you are the driver of growth beyond the borders: you position Recranet as the new European standard for tourism technology.
Your Role
You work closely with C-level / Sales / Marketing on our international breakthrough. You:

Launch priority countries and translate our clear proposition & ICP into a country-specific go-to-market.

Recruit a local sales colleague per country: boots-on-the-ground.

Develop a partner ecosystem in collaboration with the local sales hire(s) per country: selection, contracting, and enablement of implementation and sales partners.

Are a player-coach: open doors, participate in key deals, increase win rates, and shorten the sales cycle.

Manage the local sales hire(s) per country, ensure active acquisition and a predictable pipeline, and further expand teams and support per country.
Who You Are
You are ambitious, highly driven, confident, and go for results, and you exude that. Additionally, you have:

8 years of experience in B2B-SaaS sales/BD; experienced player-coach.

Recruitment and coaching skills: you build teams and make people productive quickly.

Experience in setting up and managing partner channels: from selecting partners and training/guiding (enablement) to joint marketing and clear agreements about deals.

Strong communication and entrepreneurial mentality; you stand firm.

Languages: fluent in English + preferably French/German/Spanish (at least one).

Willingness to travel: ~50–60% within Europe.

High ownership & performance drive: you go for results, rhythm, and speed: even during peak moments and travel, you don't slack and push through.
Plus point: a network in tourism & recreation (campsites, holiday parks, rental concerns/chains, OTA/DMO/tour operator relationships).
Plus point: experience with PMS/booking engines/channel managers, previous launches in (at least) two of our target countries, experience with regional chains or tenders.
