Do you regularly have guests at the reception with the same last name? From now on, the guest's first names will also be shown in the overview of next arrivals and next departures, as well as on the arrival and departure reports. This way there can no longer be any ambiguity about which guests you actually have in front of you, if, for example, they are both called Müller with their last name. Convenience is sometimes in small things :-).
