Set up automatic check-in and/or check-out in the booking system Update Reservation software 3 September 2025

In Recranet Booking, it was already possible to automatically check reservations in and out based on the planned check-in or check-out time. From now on, you can choose whether you want to automatically check reservations in, check them out, or both. The setting is therefore split into automatic check-in, automatic check-out, or (as was already possible) automatic check-in and check-out.

How do you set it up?

Go to Settings > Account > General > Other tab.
Under Check-in and check-out, you can set the desired option via the dropdown menu.

Do you use automatic access control at your park or campsite? Then we can also link automatic check-in and check-out to entering or leaving through the barrier.
