Set minimum amount for sending payment reminders Update Reservation software 8 April 2025

For sending automatic payment reminders, you can now set a minimum amount. You could already specify how many days after the due date the reminder should be sent, you can also specify in which period you absolutely do not want to send reminders (during the stay for example). This functionality has now been expanded with an option to set a minimum outstanding amount, so that below that amount no reminders are sent. This avoids situations where reminders are sent for very small amounts, for which you might prefer not to send a ‘forced’ reminder to your guests.
