Separation of reservation status and payment status as separate fields in the reservation system Update Reservation software 17 December 2024
From now on, payment status and reservation status will be separated for each reservation, creating even more visibility into the reservation system. Previously a reservation had a combined status for both payment and reservation status (open, confirmed, cancelled etc.), by separating payment and reservation statuses, no overlap of information can occur.
With this update, a new payment status 'overpaid' has also been added, for reservations with a minus amount. In that case, the reservation is shown in red on the planning board, so you can immediately see which reservations still require a refund to the guest. You can also easily filter on both statuses, so you can generate exports and adjust accordingly when needed.Read more about our reservation system!
