Guest reviews will now be published by default, regardless of the review score. Previously, reviews with a score lower than three stars were not automatically published, but that is no longer the case. If desired, a review can be manually removed, and guests can also indicate that they do not want their review to be published. Furthermore, every submitted review will automatically be displayed online for the respective accommodation. This procedure is in line with the applicable policies and regulations.
