Reservations on the parking rule? Stay alert with new notifications in the cockpit! Update Reservation software 3 September 2025
From now on, the reservation system will automatically warn you when a reservation is on the parking rule. The parking rule is an extra rule on the planning board where you can temporarily ‘park’ reservations. This is very useful when you want to make space on your planning board to move reservations around. However, if you forget to put the reservation back on the planning board and leave it on the parking rule, the reservation will not have an assigned location and action will be required.
An extra tab, ‘Actions required’, appears in the cockpit with an overview of any reservations that are still on the parking rule. With one click, you can open the relevant reservation(s) so that you can still assign a location via the reservation card or the planning board. If no actions are required, the tab in the cockpit is not visible.Read more about our reservation system!
