Rental for owners based on revenue priority: check the revenue distribution in the booking planner report Update Reservation software 21 May 2026

If you manage rentals on behalf of property owners and use the “book by revenue priority” feature, our reservation system ensures that bookings are assigned to the location with the highest revenue priority. This happens automatically based on the configuration in your reservation system, but if you want to review the revenue distribution yourself, you can check the reservation planner in the reports section.

In the reservation planner, you no longer need to manually enter a start and end date, as these are automatically populated based on the configuration you’ve set. When you select, for example, “Rolling 2 years (date)” under Reporting > Reservation Planner > Revenue Distribution by Period, the reservation system automatically displays the period starting exactly one year ago and ending exactly one year from now. This way, the period automatically adjusts each day to reflect the current date, so you don’t have to select a date yourself.

This new feature ensures that the revenue priority report is displayed based on the configuration you’ve chosen in your account (rolling 2 years, rolling 360 days, or calendar year), saving you time and always providing up-to-date insights into your bookings.
