Refund of deposit is automatically offset against outstanding items on the reservation Update Reservation software 2 May 2023

When you want to automatically or batch refund deposits to guests after departure date, from now on a check will be made for other outstanding items on the reservation. In this way, the system can set off an outstanding item against the deposit to be refunded. Before you want to refund the deposit, you can clearly see on the dashboard which reservations still have other outstanding items and the amount to be refunded or received. This way, you avoid refunding a deposit while you still have another outstanding cost that the guest has to pay.
