Recognition for both internal and external comments on the reservation Update Reservation software 14 February 2024

For every reservation, comments can be posted by the guest (external) or by you as a user (internal). In both cases it is nice if you can immediately see when a reservation has a comment, so you can check what the comment means and take it into account if necessary. Therefore, reservations with comments (internal or external) are identified in the reservation system so that you can pick them out immediately.
