• For each option/surcharge, you can indicate whether it is an option/surcharge payable on location.
• The costs of the option or surcharge are visible when booking online, but are listed separately as ‘payable on location’.
• The relevant costs are shown in the total amount, but not settled when completing the booking.
• The revenue from these options or surcharges is not recorded in the records and can optionally be processed as a transaction later when paying on location.
