Outstanding amount as email tag available in arrival email Update Reservation software 13 June 2023

In our reservation system it is now possible to mention the outstanding amount in the arrival mail. Per accommodation you can create a template for the arrival email. You can determine the content yourself. Using this new email tag, the system will automatically collect the outstanding amount and send it in the automatic email for upcoming reservations. This is useful, for example, when your guests still have to pay something at check-in. Using the link to the guest area, which is also shown in the arrival email, guests can directly pay the outstanding amount.
