Only send automatic arrival emails once payment has been made in full Update Reservation software 11 September 2025
There is now a new setting available that allows you to ensure that automatic arrival emails are only sent to guests once they have paid in full. If there is still an outstanding balance, the guest will not receive any arrival information until they have paid.
You can adjust this via Settings > Email > Automatic emails. When editing the arrival email, you can now select a payment status. If the option is enabled, the reservation system will automatically check the payment status before sending. Is the feature disabled? Then the current sending schedule will remain active!
