As a recreational entrepreneur you may be asked to provide a night register to the municipality, for example when you file a tourist tax return. The night register in Recranet Booking can be generated specified for a specific date and meets all requirements according to laws and regulations. Information that the municipality needs is at least:

Name and place of residence of the guest
Date of arrival and departure (number of nights)
The type of ID the guest has presented

The guest's contact details are now also visible in the night register, both on the dashboard in the table and in the export file. This way you can switch quickly when necessary and contact guests in case of an emergency.
