In addition to the existing reports that can be used to control cleaning, we have now developed a new service list. Generally, the existing cleaning list or arrival and departure list is used to generate clear exports to control cleaning. The difference with this new service list, however, is that per location/object it is visible on one line when guests arrive, leave and which options have been booked. This is convenient for cleaning staff because they can immediately see how many people are coming, in what age groups, how many bed linen and towels need to be prepared and whether any pets are coming along. The same information can also be extracted from the other lists, however, the design of the service list is specifically intended to be easily sent as an xls or csv file to third-party FTP servers.
