New review aspects on which guests can rate after their stay Update Reservation software 26 November 2024

By sending an automatic departure email, guests can be invited to write a review. The aspects on which you want to be reviewed can be activated in your reservation system. New aspects have been added, which you may find appropriate for your organization. You can activate them via settings > account > reviews. We have added the following aspects:

Maintenance of accommodation
Peace and quiet
