It was already possible to create certain options or surcharges as included in the rental price, where the guest can only see the total rental price when booking online, with no further (visible) explanation of the included options and surcharges in the front end. However, the cost of the included options and surcharges will be visibly explained in the administration, so that accounting and owner statements remain correct.

From now on, the options and supplements that you have marked as being 'included' are also visible as such in the search & book. Guests can therefore see what the total rental price consists of, but without any explanation of costs. In this way you avoid critical questions about, for example, cleaning costs, service costs or other cost items that may raise questions for the guest. Cleaning in particular is a crucial and costly service on which there are many differing opinions, making it an easy topic for guests to get into discussions. By marking such services as “included,” potential discussions can be avoided.
