Linking multiple owners to the same owner environment with permissions to be set for each owner Update Reservation software 9 July 2025

It is now possible to link multiple owners to one owner environment. Ideal if a property has more than one owner and access to the environment is therefore relevant for several people. First, it is important that each owner is created as a user with its own e-mail address. Then one owner can be linked to the accommodation as a ‘standard’ owner, but in the settings of this ‘standard owner’ you can link multiple users and assign their own rights for the same owner environment!

Then, using the new owner environment settings, you can specify which settings apply when, for example, an owner wants to make their own reservations through their environment. What options and surcharges will apply? Which rate groups apply per owner? These settings also existed previously, but have now been moved to a separate configuration for the owner environment. Here you set one configuration per environment, so what is set here applies to all owners/users of that same environment.

In short; when several owners/users share the same accommodation and thus need access to the same owners environment, they can from now on each get access to the environment of the concerning accommodation with their own login. How much access each owner/user has is determined on the basis of the assigned rights as these have been set per user.
