When you rent out accommodations for owners, you may have to deal with turnover among the homeowners. Properties are being sold or are being let out for another reason. When you no longer rent for a specific home owner, you can now archive this owner. In this way, the data and history are preserved, but the owner can no longer log in to the owner's area. After archiving the owner, you can always choose to undo this action.

It is also possible that a house is sold to a new owner, while the house remains active in the rental market. In that case you can set start and end dates per owner. The old owner has insight into turnover, occupancy rate, etc. until the set end date. The new owner will have access from the set start date.
