Interface for automatically sending reports to a customizable FTP server Update Reservation software 3 October 2024

We developed an interface in which you can link an FTP server of internal or external parties. This can be especially useful when you want to send automated reports from your reservation system to another party at a fixed frequency. The functionality is particularly used by customers who work with an external cleaning company, for example. Daily or weekly, depending on what you set, you can send the cleaning list you generated to the linked FTP server, so that the other party automatically receives the lists and can use them to coordinate the cleaning. Besides a cleaning list, you can also think of administrative reports or other reports, such as the night register, reports for taxes to be paid, etc. You can determine which FTP servers you link and then you can also determine which exports you want to send per linked FTP server. You can link an FTP server via settings > software > FTP connections. You can then link exports via settings > software > FTP exports. Super easy to work with suppliers and other partners, provided they have or can set up an FTP server.
