Import historical reservations on the guest card Update Reservation software 23 May 2024

From now on it is possible to import historical reservations on the guest card; this history is displayed separately on the guest card as 'History of name guest', so that a clear distinction is made between imported history and newly created reservations. In contact with the guest, you can always quickly see what reservation history the guest has, so you can refer to it, give a regular guest discount and/or adjust your marketing activities accordingly. So when you switch from other reservation software to Recranet Booking, this history can also be preserved!
