HISWA-RECRON Revised Terms and Conditions Effective January 2027 Update Reservation software 1 June 2026

Effective 2027, the HISWA-RECRON general terms and conditions for annual sites have been amended. The most important changes relate to:

• Clearer rules regarding different types of camping accommodations
• Clarification of rules in the event of restructuring at the park.
• Stricter provisions regarding the sale of a camping accommodation.
• Updating the terms and conditions to reflect current laws and regulations.
• Park rules and additional terms and conditions are now explicitly included in the agreement.
• Modernization and clarification of terms and definitions.

Campground and park operators who are members of HISWA-RECRON must inform their guests of these changes no later than July 1, 2026, so that the new terms and conditions can take full effect as of January 1, 2027. This year (2026) serves as a transition year.
