In our online reservation system it is now possible to set a final time for reservation, based on an x ​​number of days and/or hours before the arrival date. This way you can avoid last minute reservations if desired.

You can first set the available periods for online reservations for each accommodation, then you can optionally set the time until which a reservation can be made. You can find the setting in the accommodation settings, so that you can determine per accommodation whether and, if so, what time you set for this.

When you click on the clock icon, a pop-up opens, after which you can set things up. Subtract the number of hours from midnight 00:00 on the day of arrival to set the 'deadline'. See some examples below:

  • A setting of 5 hours allows booking until 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • A setting of 14 hours allows to book until 10:00 on the day of arrival.
  • A setting of 1 day makes it possible to book until 00:00 prior to the day of arrival.
