When guests receive a booking confirmation, it contains a button leading to the guest environment by default. In this environment, the guest can review reservation details, add items, pay online, etc. From now on, the guest can 'log in' to the guest area at any time by verifying the e-mail address used to make the reservation. This way, guests are not dependent on confirmation e-mails and can view and/or edit their reservation at any time. In addition, the guest can see an overview of all future reservations at your park/rental organisation at a glance in their own environment.
It is now also possible to add a button to 'my environment' on your website, allowing guests to log in directly to their guest environment and view their reservation(s).Read more about our reservation system!
