Adding guest details to automated tasks Update Reservation software 12 September 2025

The reservation system now offers the option to include guest details in automatic tasks.

When you enable this new option, the task is automatically filled in with the contact details of the main guest. This makes communicating and following up on tasks very easy, especially for reception, cleaning, or technical services.
