Reports of arrivals and departures
The reports of arrivals and departures in PDF have been updated with additional fields and information. This report with additional information is shown in landscape which allows Company and the Options and surcharges to be shown on the same line.
The arrivals/departures are grouped per day of arrival/departure and time. The field 'check in from ... (time)' is not visible in the extended display.
Breakfast list
The breakfast list can be activated by request with the reports. The number of persons per age group can be seen per reservation, and the reservations are sorted by name. The remarks for breakfast can be found on the reports.
Cleaning list
The cleaning list can be activated by request at the reports. The number of persons per age group can be seen per reservation, and the reservations are sorted per task; cleaning by departure, checking before arrival and making the beds (accommodation). The remarks about the cleaning can be found at the reports.
Reports Administration -> Reservations -> Options and surcharges
To improve the administrative monitoring of the reservations, a report has been added for options and surcharges. This report shall report for one or more options and surcharges which numbers, rates and totals have been charged for reservations on the date of arrival.
This report can be applied for e.g. checking the charged tourist tax with the declaration of the tourist tax.
