Expansion of alternatives functionality in search & book Update Reservation software 6 June 2025

If one gets no or limited search result after entering a query in the search & book, alternatives are always shown. This way, guests are always triggered to look further for other offers or a different period, for example. With this expansion we ensure that from now on 20 alternatives will always be shown instead of 5, so that guests have a wider choice. We have also made an adjustment so that alternatives are shown in a period that does not exactly match the search query, but for example is just slightly shorter or longer. If the guest is looking for a 7-night stay, alternatives can also be shown for 8 nights or 10 nights or just 6 nights, for example.
