Energy label for holiday homes visible in booking engine Update Reservation software 8 November 2023

From January 2024, holiday homes must have an energy label. You are obliged to mention the label in advertisements when offering the property for rent or sale. It is therefore very important for our reservation software that an energy label is shown in the search & book for every holiday home. In the new year, this will be checked and fines can be issued when no energy label is available. From now on, you can indicate for each accommodation which energy label applies to it. This information will then be clearly displayed in the search & book, so there can be no more ambiguity. For monumental properties, the label 'irrelevant', as an energy label is often not applicable for these properties.
