With the extensive range of e-mail templates in our reservation system, you can create and complete the automated e-mail message yourself for numerous actions or modules. A separate template is available for each language, so the guest always receives the message in his/her own language. We have optimised the overview of all available e-mail templates so that you can see at a glance which templates you have already completed and in which languages you have created them. You can set up general e-mail messages that apply to your total rental offer, but you can also set up accommodation-specific e-mail messages. This is especially useful when the information to be sent differs per accommodation type. Think, for example, of an automated arrival e-mail that you might want to set up differently for camping pitches than for chalets or safari tents. Also for the accommodation-specific templates, you can immediately see in which languages you have already created the message and in which languages you have not yet done so.
