Display prices and availability in a clear price matrix in the search & book section. Update Reservation software 25 February 2026

Guests can now view prices in a clear price matrix based on length of stay within the reservation system. Instead of the traditional calendar view, the matrix immediately shows the total price per period. This makes it even easier for your guests to compare different booking options.

The matrix view is available in the booking engine. Guests can see available periods up to one week in advance, combined with different lengths of stay. This feature ties in seamlessly with the alternative suggestions in the reservation system. If a first choice is not available, guests are automatically shown suitable alternatives. This increases the chance of additional bookings.

Would you like to activate the price matrix for multiple accommodations at once? Go to Settings > Accommodation settings > Accommodations and then select the dropdown menu next to the ‘Bulk change’ button. Select ‘Edit selected accommodations’ and then select ‘price matrix’ in the dropdown menu as the availability display. Save the changes so that they are implemented in the booking engine.

Don't want to set the price matrix for all accommodations? You can also set this per accommodation. To do this, go to Settings > Accommodation settings > Accommodations and open the settings for the relevant accommodation. Under the heading ‘Other’, you can then adjust the availability display.
