Different rates configurable when creating a reservation from the owner environment Update Reservation software 20 June 2023

When you rent to owners, you can optionally allow owners to make their own reservations from their owner environment. By default, the regular rental rate was calculated for this purpose, and you already had the option of creating one additional rate group for owners, so that an adjusted rate was charged if the owner entered a reservation himself, regardless of whether it was for his own stay or for a third-party stay.

From now on, you can create as many different rate groups as you want. This gives more flexibility and allows, for example, to use a zero rate if the owner makes a reservation for himself, but if the owner enters a reservation for a third party a different (adjusted) rate can be used. As a Recranet Booking user, you manage the available rate groups for the owner environment, but the owner can then specify which rate group he wants to use when creating a reservation through the owner environment.

Reservations through the owner environment are registered with source 'owner' by default, so these reservations are easy to filter and map.
