When you create a discount, you can now link it to specific rate groups. This means that the discount is only calculated when a reservation falls into a specific rate group. You can define the tariff groups yourself via settings > accommodation settings > tariff groups. Think for example of a separate rate group for regular guests, to which you can link a regular guest discount. Or a rate group per distribution channel, so that you can apply different discounts per distribution channel.
