From now on, you can create and send unlimited automatic email messages from the reservation system. It was already possible to send transactional emails, such as arrival emails, departure emails, payment reminders, etc., automatically, but now you can also compose other specific email messages and send them automatically at a frequency you determine. You can customize the emails entirely to your liking and determine when a specific email is sent to the guest. You can also set the email to be sent only to guests who have already paid, or only to guests with a reservation for which an amount is still outstanding.

Excited? You can create the emails as follows: via Settings > Email > Email Messages > Custom Email Messages. You can fill this in with all the information you need. Then, under Automatic Emails in the top right corner, you can add a new configuration and enter the corresponding settings.
